The Held Space- Small Group Experience
The Held Space: Returning to Center is a gentle, small group experience designed to support nervous system regulation, authentic and safe connection, and meaningful integration as you navigate the beginning of this new year.
Many of us are caregivers. It can be difficult to balance caring for others and at the same time finding ways to care for ourselves- especially if we are highly sensitive individuals with unique “wiring”. Regulation of our nervous systems can seem impossible or difficult to say the least.
In this group we will explore our unique identities while experimenting with a variety of ways to find that sense of calm and support that we long for. We will come together in a safe space, holding the energy of possibility.
We will cover the following topics / modalities:
Masking / Un-Masking- what does this mean? What is truly supportive for me as I uncover my authentic and my everchanging needs? How do I deepen my knowledge and acceptance of my true “self”
Alternative Healing / Support Modalites- Sound / Frequency, Plant Medicine, Meditation, Essential Oils, Creative / Flow State Activities
Physical Environment- What changes can we easily make to our physical environment that help support our emotional state
Cost: $250 per person for the series of sessions (4 sessions total)
Commitment: One hour every other week beginning February 10th from 1-2 pm Mountain Time. Group dates are the following: 2/10/2026, 2/24/2026, 3/10/2026 and 3/24/2026. Our group will meet via Zoom for one hour every other week. This group is intentionally paced to allow space for reflection and integration.
Enrollment: Because shared connection is necessary to create this container, the group will run once at least five people have signed up. If enrollment falls short, we’ll reach out with details about how to receive a refund.
Registration will be capped at 12 participants to ensure everyone has ample time for connection :)
